Position Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Industrial Electrical Supervisor with a solid grasp of Industrial Electrical Systems.
  • Ability to organize and lead crews on various project tasks.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Capability to mentor Journeymen and Apprentices.
  • Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints, assisting in work planning and material procurement.
  • Willingness to operate tools as necessary.
  • Familiarity with Procore software.
  • Possession of a Journeyman's or Master's Card from Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is between $70,720 and $74,800, depending on experience, with opportunities for overtime as available.
