Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing services to students with diverse communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students, and develop individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs.
  • Service Delivery: Provide Speech-Language Pathology services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication skills.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to inform future treatment decisions.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Develop and maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and school staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's or Doctorate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Active Speech-Language Pathology license.
