Physician Faculty

We are seeking an experienced clinician to join our faculty team as a Family Medicine specialist. Our residency program is a respected ACGME-accredited University of Washington-affiliated program.
As a faculty member, you will have the opportunity to teach and mentor residents, contribute to the development of our curriculum, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Our program is committed to providing high-quality, full-spectrum family medicine education in a supportive environment. We value diversity, equity, and inclusion and strive to create a welcoming and inclusive community for all our learners.
Responsibilities will include:
- Teaching and mentoring residents in the clinical setting
- Developing and implementing curriculum materials
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
- Contributing to the development of our residency program
Requirements include:
- ABFM/ACOFP board certification
- Ability to obtain full-spectrum hospital privileges, including obstetrics
- On-call availability
- Experience in rural health care preferred
- Prior teaching experience, geriatric interest, and multilingual skills a plus
