We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals at Nexion Health. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our patients and ensuring that they receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate assigned patients to identify their individual needs and develop effective care plans.
- Implement and document nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians to provide high-quality patient care and ensure seamless communication between healthcare teams.
- Administer medications and perform various patient tests as needed, always staying within the scope of practice for an RN.
- Promote patients' independence by establishing goals and teaching them self-care skills.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Completion of relevant state Board of Nursing approved continuing education requirements.
