Refrigeration Technician

Mammoth Mountain is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to prioritize and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of building systems and physical plant to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration service.
• Proven knowledge of building systems and physical plant.
• EPA 608 certification.
• Advanced knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Boiler experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer relations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Valid CA driver's license.
