FeldCare Connects, a leading home health referral network, seeks an enthusiastic and self-motivated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality care to patients of all ages. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to control your schedule and work in preferred coverage areas.
This role is ideal for individuals who value independence and autonomy in their work. With our innovative app Cliniconnects, you can easily manage patient assignments, communication, and scheduling, allowing you to focus on what matters most – providing exceptional patient care.
About FeldCare ConnectsWe are committed to connecting patients with the care they need, regardless of location or circumstance. Our network of over 900 home health agencies throughout CA, AZ, TX, and FL enables us to provide access to quality care for those who need it most.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Work independently as a contracted therapist, managing your own schedule and workload
- Utilize our user-friendly electronic medical record system for seamless documentation and communication
- Prioritize patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
- Current Physical Therapist license issued by the state Board of Physical Therapy
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Reliable personal transportation and a smartphone for efficient communication
- Bilingual abilities a plus, but not required
We offer competitive per-visit rates, allowing you to determine your income based on the number of patients you treat. Our streamlined referral process ensures minimal administrative burden, giving you more time to focus on patient care.
As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own expenses, including transportation and equipment. However, you will have the flexibility to choose your own hours and work at your own pace.
Estimate Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this opportunity is $60,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on factors such as location, experience, and number of patients treated. Please note that this is a rough estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
