Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prioritize safety for all Team Members, customers, and products.
  2. Handle products and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
  3. Deliver exceptional customer service, aiming to delight and impress our guests, vendors, and stakeholders.
  4. Set up and maintain an attractive display case featuring fresh items sourced from the central kitchen.
  5. Utilize food knowledge to assist customers in making informed gourmet food selections.
  6. Operate the cash register as required.
  7. Establish and maintain the salad bar, hot bar, or any other gourmet food area within the prepared foods section.
  8. Demonstrate a commitment to learning about food and sharing that knowledge with Team Members and customers.
  9. Encourage a culture of enthusiasm for food by sharing your passion.
  10. Employ effective suggestive selling techniques.
  11. Provide sampling opportunities to customers when appropriate.
  12. Actively engage in promoting an inclusive and respectful environment for Team Members, customers, vendors, and the community.
