Job Summary

The Enterprise Mobility team is seeking a skilled Seasonal Lot Driver to join our fleet management team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for transporting and positioning vehicles to various designated locations between our properties for servicing, transport, and/or rental.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, adhering to company policies and customer requirements.
  • Navigate written directions to ensure efficient vehicle movement and positioning.
  • Operate motor vehicles in accordance with all company and customer policies, as well as state motor vehicle laws.
  • Respond to dispatch directions to deliver vehicles to the appropriate location.
  • Maintain strong customer service, both internally and externally.
  • Follow specific customer policies for preparing vehicles for rental.
  • Meet productivity standards and benchmarks in assigned locations.
  • Move vehicles that are out of service to an outside facility when necessary.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
  • Seasonal employees may work for up to 120 days during a defined season, with a 6-month break in service at the end of the season prior to working again as a seasonal or regular employee.
