Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance web applications for optimal performance, responsiveness, and search engine optimization (SEO) to boost our online visibility.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to guarantee flawless functionality across diverse browsers, devices, and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including designers, content creators, and marketing analysts, to deliver unified digital experiences.
  • Stay informed about emerging web development trends, tools, and technologies to propose enhancements and foster innovation in our digital marketing efforts.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to web applications and marketing integrations to ensure a seamless user experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in an agile development environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a .NET Web Developer, showcasing web applications or projects utilizing the .NET framework.
  • Familiarity with web services and APIs (REST, SOAP) for integration with marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and associated Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and related frameworks.
  • Knowledge of database systems, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience with Optimizely CMS.
  • Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.
  • Experience in an Agile development setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of web accessibility standards.
  • Awareness of digital marketing principles and concepts.
  • A robust portfolio demonstrating successful web development projects.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to communicate verbally and audibly; and utilize hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. Occasionally, the individual may need to stoop, bend, or reach above shoulder height. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this role are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring extended periods of sitting, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
