Multilingual Leasing Advisor

This role requires a Bilingual/Spanish Leasing Consultant with experience in sales and marketing. You will utilize your skills to achieve and maintain optimum occupancy through leasing units and renewing existing leases while delivering superior customer service to potential and current residents.

• Leasing apartments, including taking telephone inquiries, greeting prospects, showing apartments, and processing applications and deposits.
• Answering phone calls and handling each call accordingly.
• Inspecting the office, models, and market-ready vacancies daily to ensure cleanliness.
• Maintaining awareness of market/industry conditions and trends and contributing ideas to the Property Manager for marketing the community and improving resident satisfaction.
• Conducting monthly market surveys and maintaining accurate resident files.
• Assisting with weekly/monthly reports and utilizing proficiency with various software, apps, and computer programs, including Microsoft Office.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a service/sales-related industry, preferably in leasing or property management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
