Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Director to lead our financial and administrative functions at the Community Development Partnership. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for managing all financial and administrative operations, including finance, external audit, human resources, IT, risk management, and facilities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of senior financial leadership experience in an organization of similar size and complexity. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, along with a CPA, CMA, or other accounting certification. The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $135,000 annually.


Responsibilities
  1. Accounting and Budgeting: Establish and implement policies and procedures for all financial management functions, ensuring appropriate controls and compliance with GAAP and other applicable regulations.
  2. Financial Reporting: Optimize our accounting system, including ACH payments, loan amortizations schedules, timekeeping, and reporting as needed.
  3. Administrative Leadership: Oversee office IT, hardware, software, and email accounts; manage personnel tasks, including hiring, onboarding, and payroll; and maintain critical organizational files.

Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of senior financial leadership experience in an organization of comparable size and complexity.
  • Credentials: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or other accounting certification.
  • Skills: Proven ability to manage finances through change, integrate IT systems, communicate complex financial principles, and motivate staff members.
