Job Title: Assistant Cross Country/Track Coach

Lasell University is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the overall development of student-athletes in their sport, academically, athletically, and personally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the recruitment of student-athletes in accordance with Lasell University and NCAA guidelines.
  • Coordinate all practice/game preparation for the specific intercollegiate team.
  • Adhere to all Lasell University, NCAA, and GNAC bylaws, rules, and philosophies.
  • Communicate with prospective student-athletes, Office of Undergraduate Admission, Athletic Training department, Office of Health Services, and Counseling Center.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office.
  • Prior coaching and/or playing experience at the collegiate level.
  • Knowledge of NCAA Division III guidelines.
