Overview
Brown Insurance Services is a family-owned agency in Florida with over 50 years of experience providing personalized insurance solutions to our clients. We are seeking a skilled Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for personal lines insurance, responding to clients' concerns with professionalism and empathy. Your duties will include processing policy changes, additions, cancellations, and reinstatements while following company guidelines and regulations.

You will also provide support and guidance to clients throughout the claims process, liaising with the claims department as needed. Additionally, you will maintain accurate data entry in our management system and educate clients on various personal insurance products, coverage options, and risk management strategies.

We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $53,000, commission, bonus plan, and health insurance benefits. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and support to clients, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a personal lines insurance agency or related industry
* Thorough understanding of personal insurance products, including but not limited to auto, home, renters, umbrella, and personal liability insurance
* Familiarity with insurance policy terms, coverage types, and industry regulations
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address client concerns with empathy and professionalism
* Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
* Proficient computer skills, including experience with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
