Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team at DaVita. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and supporting our clinical team in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Measure and record vital signs, patient observations, and dialysis machine setup
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
