Position Overview

The Camp Group Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the team of counselors and the campers, ensuring their well-being and supporting the daily functions and activities at the camp. Collaborating closely with the Camp Director, Program Coordinator, and Office Administrator, the Group Supervisor is instrumental in fostering a positive and enriching camp experience for all participants.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Oversee counselors and campers on a daily basis
  • Guarantee the safety and security of all participants
  • Assist in the daily operations and activities of the camp
  • Work in partnership with the camp management team
  • Engage in orientations and training sessions
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a camp environment
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and making a positive difference
