The facility also offers the region's only multi-person hyperbaric chamber, allowing up to nine patients to dive together at one time.

**Job Summary:** Under general supervision, you will direct the development, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing regimen for patients/clients in two or more units of a clinical service. This involves diagnosing and treating responses to actual or potential health problems using nursing methods and techniques. You will schedule, assign, guide, direct, and instruct professional and allied nursing personnel in nursing activities. Perform major duties and functions as described in the Staff Nurse position description. Coordinate, guide, and direct the development, implementation, and continuous evaluation of the nursing regimen for patients/clients within the clinical service. Participate in determining conditions, resources, and policies essential to delivering nursing care within the clinical service. Implement standards of nursing practice and evaluate the quality of nursing care rendered within the clinical service. Analyze trends pertinent to delivery of nursing care services within the clinical service and initiate appropriate innovations or make recommendations for needed changes in support of patient experience and continuity of care.

**Requirements:** A valid New York State license and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State. Holds, or obtains through facility orientation, a valid and current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA).

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year.
