This role offers the opportunity to grow in one of the Midwest's leading family-owned fuel management companies, dedicated to safely delivering a wide range of fuels and lubricants to diverse clientele.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of different fuel types, including red diesel for off-road equipment and green diesel for road vehicles. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to exceed goals, understanding and communicating the uses and benefits of various fuel types and lubricants, building lasting partnerships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams for promotional events and customer service initiatives.

This role also involves creating customized proposals and action plans to win new business, communicating product and pricing updates to customers, contributing to market research and support new business expansion strategies, and reporting progress, issues, and results to the Division Manager and Marketing/Product Manager.

Benefits include salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission based on experience, 401(K) with company match starting Day 1, Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance with BlueCross BlueShield, HSA Contributions up to $2,400, Paid Time Off and paid vacations, Work-from-home flexibility occasionally.
