Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a skilled Mobile Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to resolve complex issues and improve maintenance processes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle maintenance technologies and best practices
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair
  • ASE certification in relevant areas (e.g. brakes, engines, transmissions)
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
