El Supervisor de Operaciones en el Sitio es responsable de dirigir las actividades diarias en un proyecto de construcción, asegurando que se completen de manera segura y eficiente.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Dirigir y gestionar los equipos de construcción en el sitio, incluyendo la planificación de horarios, el progreso del proyecto y la asignación de recursos.
- Actuar como enlace entre clientes, proveedores, gerentes de proyecto y otros empleados en relación con proyectos actuales y futuros.
- Controlar los costos del equipo, optimizando el uso de mano de obra, métodos de trabajo y operación de maquinaria.
- Colaborar con el Superintendente de Proyecto para planificar horarios de trabajo y determinar los niveles de mano de obra, materiales y equipos necesarios para la productividad del proyecto.
- Coordinar con subcontratistas, así como las entregas de materiales y equipos.
- Interpretar especificaciones, como planos, para determinar los requisitos de construcción o planificar procedimientos.
- Establecer y supervisar metas de producción y el seguimiento diario de la producción.
- Gestionar los recursos de equipos y materiales de manera eficiente para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad y maximizar la productividad.
- Examinar e inspeccionar el progreso del trabajo, el equipo y los sitios de construcción para verificar la seguridad y asegurar que se cumplan las especificaciones.
- Realizar capacitaciones de seguridad para el personal asignado, de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.
- Investigar informes de accidentes y reclamaciones de daños, y puede ser un representante designado para resolver reclamaciones menores.
- Completar y presentar diariamente al Superintendente el Informe Diario del Supervisor.
- Otras tareas asignadas por la Dirección.
HABILIDADES Y CUALIFICACIONES:
- Título de secundaria o equivalente (preferido).
- 5 años de experiencia en construcción industrial, con 3 años en un rol de liderazgo.
- Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos, documentos de construcción y especificaciones de proyectos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
- Conocimiento de las directrices de OSHA y prácticas de trabajo seguras.
- Experiencia en la gestión de equipos y subcontratistas es preferida.
- Fuertes habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle.
- Se requiere tener una licencia de conducir válida.
- Capacidad para levantar objetos pesados de hasta 50 libras o más.
- Adaptabilidad a cambios de temperatura, condiciones al aire libre y exposición prolongada a polvo, humedad, ruidos fuertes y vibraciones.
- El puesto requiere períodos prolongados de agacharse, doblarse y estar de pie.
- Capacidad para caminar, subir escaleras, usar las manos para manipular objetos, alcanzar con las manos y los brazos, arrodillarse o agacharse, hablar y escuchar.
