NuHealth is seeking a skilled Dietitian III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nutrition and be able to perform assessments and develop patient care plans. Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting nutrition assessments and providing education to patients
* Developing and monitoring patient care plans
* Educating physician and nursing staff on nutrition-related topics
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Nutrition or a related field and be registered with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
