Job Title: Night Auditor

Job Description:

As the Night Auditor, you will be essential in ensuring the accuracy of daily financial operations related to room, restaurant, and bar services. Your duties will encompass efficiently posting and reconciling charges and settlements, as well as maintaining records and preparing systems for the subsequent day's activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process daily revenue distribution data from various outlets
  • Input financial data into the system for daily reporting
  • Reconcile all revenue and settlement accounts each night
  • Assist with guest check-in/out and address guest inquiries
  • Generate audit reports and resolve any technical issues

Key Requirements:

  • Understanding of accounting practices
  • Basic numerical skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in English and computer systems
