Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Virtua, Inc. This individual will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and executing all assigned supply contracts, service agreements, blanket orders, and one-time purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing, price protection, and service levels.
  • Ensure that appropriate authorization, routing of contracts, distribution, and document management occur.
  • Develop and introduce better utilization of products and services, implementing suggestions to secure measurable savings.
  • Initiate, create, facilitate, and manage the bid process for products and services.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to conduct market research and strategy development.
  • Regularly meet with assigned vendors to review contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and consider future opportunities.
  • Review and resolve invoice discrepancies and accruals.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in sourcing or procurement activities, or 2-3 years' experience with a bachelor's degree.
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.
