Industrial Maintenance Mechanic at Viking Drill & Tool

Viking Drill & Tool, a leading manufacturer of high-quality tools, is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join their team.

As a key member of the Maintenance department, you will collaborate closely with the Maintenance Team and report directly to the Maintenance Manager.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Analyze equipment malfunctions and perform repairs on complex machinery
  • Review and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
  • Execute planned and unexpected repairs on building equipment and machinery
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards when working on equipment
  • Record maintenance activities using computerized software and databases
  • Perform metal fabrication and welding tasks
  • Operate heavy machinery and material handling equipment
  • Perform other assigned duties as required

**Requirements:**

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance and repair
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
  • Knowledge of machines and tools maintenance and repair
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Able to work full-time on a rotating shift schedule
