Job Description

Fusion Medical Staffing-Long Term Care is seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Care to join our team in De Smet, South Dakota.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Skilled Nursing Facility Charge Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and lead our team with expertise and compassion.

Responsibilities
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members.
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes.
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
  • Transport patients as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • One to three years experience as a Charge Nurse preferred.
  • Other certifications may be required for this position.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills.
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
