**Job Description**

We're looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Optometrist to join our team in Danbury. As an independent practice owner, you'll have full control over your patient records and fees, allowing you to grow your business while providing excellent patient care.

You'll work alongside a talented store team to ensure a seamless patient-customer experience, drawing from Warby Parker's successful marketing program to attract a large base of customers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Doctor of Optometry license in the state where you will practice
  • The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Dedication to making people healthy and happy
  • Knowledge of new technology and a willingness to incorporate it into your work
  • An innovative and proactive spirit, as well as business-mindedness and a drive to deliver results
  • Not to be listed on the Officer of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
