Job Summary

The Funder I role at CAR CAPITAL CORPORATION involves verifying and funding auto finance contracts. This position requires strong customer service skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify stips and contracts for accuracy and completeness
• Review customer accounts in the funding queue and provide updates and information about the account
• Book and fund loans in accordance with Company policy
• Collaborate with other team members to improve customer and dealer service
• Proactively manage dealer expectations and trends

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to make appropriate judgment calls
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes
• Experience with required technology
