Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Excel Hotel Group. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk during the night shift. This includes checking guests in and out, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services
    • Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
    • Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location
  • Financial Transactions
    • Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established procedures
    • Complete cashier and other reports, prepare deposits, and count/secure bank
  • Communication
    • Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management
    • Respond to guest complaints and make service recovery gestures to ensure total guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours
  • Basic knowledge of computers and software, including hotel management systems
