Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the nutritional needs of residents, developing individualized meal plans, and providing nutrition education and counseling.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
  • Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress.
  • Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
  • Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
  • Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
