Pharmacy Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Revibe Men's Health. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our licensed pharmacists with administrative duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare shipments with USPS, FedEx, and UPS
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Process patient payments
  • Manage pharmacy records, including prescriptions, compounded drug formulation worksheets, and invoices
  • Prepare empty prescription containers with accurate patient labels and inserts
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
  • Must have or be in the process of obtaining a Pharmacy Assistant license from the state of WA
  • Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Impeccable organizational and time management skills
Work Environment:

Our pharmacy operates Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. We are an equal employment opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
