Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, processing prescriptions, and maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Process prescriptions and OTC orders, and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Stock and secure pharmacy supplies and merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
- Enter prescription information, file prescriptions, and complete paperwork and documentation as required.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure efficient and accurate processing of prescriptions and other pharmacy-related tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Pharmacy technician certification or training preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and processing transactions.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
