Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bar Back / Busser to contribute to an exceptional dining experience at Salerno's Hodgkins. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure tables are clean and well-maintained, including wiping down surfaces and replacing table linens.
  • Set tables with clean linens, condiments, and other supplies to provide a pleasant dining experience.
  • Scrape and stack dirty dishes, and transport them to the kitchen for cleaning.
  • Perform serving, cleaning, and stocking duties to facilitate customer service.
Requirements:
  • Previous knowledge of food service regulations is preferred.
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
