Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently pick and pack products according to daily shipping requirements.
  • Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain organization and proper rotation of products.
  • Regularly inspect product quality to meet standards.
  • Utilize various equipment, including pallet wrappers and pallet jacks.
  • Prepare customer orders for shipment, verifying the correct quantity and type of products.
  • Select and stack products on pallets in an orderly manner using a pallet jack or forklift.
  • Organize pallets for safe delivery and verify that all labels and addresses are correct.
  • Weigh and pack orders as needed, ensuring management is informed.
  • Confirm that all shipments are accurate and undamaged.
  • Reorganize and restack products from pallets as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with electric pallet jacks.
  • Forklift operation skills.
  • Familiarity with order picker machinery.
  • Proficient in using RF scanners.
Language Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, 8-hour shifts.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $17 per hour.
