Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Laborer to provide general labor support in a covered and uncovered manufacturing environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain machinery and surrounding areas, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
  • Properly use personal protective equipment and follow all safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Work closely with lead operators to prepare for shift production and become knowledgeable of the machinery you operate
  • Transport trash and debris away from production areas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 65lbs requiring team lifting or use of provided equipment
  • Ability to stand and bend for long periods, with occasional exposure to dusty, hot, and cold working conditions
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Ability to follow workplace safety procedures, including machinery lock out, tag out, and use of personal protective equipment
