Auto Claim Representative Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop skills in investigating, evaluating, and resolving claims.
• Work closely with Unit Managers and mentors to promptly resolve assigned claims.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the claim life cycle.
• Analyze coverage and apply policy conditions, provisions, exclusions, and endorsements for Auto Damage only claims.
• Investigate claims to determine coverage, causation, and extent of liability.
• Establish timely and maintain appropriate claim and expense reserves.
• Negotiate and convey claim settlements within authority limits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or a minimum of 2 years of work or customer service-related experience.
• Demonstrated ownership attitude and customer-centric response to all assigned tasks.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail ensuring accuracy.
• Keyboard skills and Windows proficiency, including Excel and Word.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
