Security Operations Center Specialist

Trulieve is seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to join our team. As a SOC Operator, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class security customer service, prompt communication delivery, and support to each operational/support function and location within your scope.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist as the technical expert on all SOC matters, including monitoring and responding to all facilities and properties under your control.
- Assist with collecting client intelligence, operations, and the communication of time-sensitive security tactics for strategic executive management.
- Assist SOC leadership with compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, corporate policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Promote an environment of professionalism, compliance, and continuous improvement to meet the Corporation's operational goals and objectives.
- Maintain highly qualified and motivated SOC staff that support the overall business mission, goals, and objectives.
- One or more years of SOC-like work experience.
- One or more years inside a Security Operations environment.
- Experience in call centers, agile project management, and leadership.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
- Experience with managing a diverse group of technologically oriented members.
- Salary will be commensurate with experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off.
- This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available 'after hours' if an emergency situation should arise.
