Job Summary

Faith Technologies, a leading provider of electrical planning, engineering, and installation services, is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Field Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Field Services team, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and testing electrical equipment, as well as providing technical support and training to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the coordination and execution of small projects on customer sites, including end-of-life, modernization, and upgrade projects.
  • Provide support to Level 2 and Level 3 Field Service Representatives in the removal of electrical equipment.
  • Interpret blueprints and other service documents, including specifications, reporting, and quality requirements.
  • Perform basic audits of customer electrical systems and equipment.
  • Document all required information for each site, including technical reports.
  • Communicate with Project Coordinators to ensure smooth execution.
  • Properly document, label, and return defective parts to the designated disposal/repair location.
Requirements
  • Completion of an electrical apprenticeship (8,000 hours) or a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Military experience as a Navy Nuclear Electronic Technician or Electrician's Mate.
  • Electrical start-up and testing experience, including circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, VFDs, PLCs, and capacitor banks.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language.
  • Travel: 50%.
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6 am to 6 pm, with flexibility to accommodate customer demands.
