Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist

Executive Human Resource Service is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for providing exceptional care to patients, as well as a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and create individualized treatment plans to address their specific needs and goals.
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities to provide effective therapeutic interventions.
  • Assist patients in regaining strength, mobility, and function through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatment methods.
  • Monitor and track patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
  • Provide education and instruction to patients and their families on proper techniques for managing their condition and preventing future injuries.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a physical therapist in an outpatient setting.
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state license to practice as a physical therapist.
  • Board Certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS) or Sports Physical Therapy (SCS) is a plus.
  • CPR and First Aid Certifications are required.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States.
