• Develop detailed work packages with labor estimates, procedures, bills of material, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of scheduled work.
• Monitor work priorities, schedules, and progress to identify areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
• Familiarity with SAP and computer software applications.

• One year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Able to solve practical problems and deal with various concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance and work order scheduling techniques.
