Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and disseminate communications, memos, and reports, alongside other clerical tasks such as data entry and document management.
  • Oversee special administrative initiatives, including event planning and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate departmental records, encompassing student documentation and course materials.
  • Assist in organizing departmental functions and meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to sign-in and security protocols.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the Campus Director's office and various departments within the institution.
  • Provide general administrative assistance, including handling phone inquiries and responding to general questions.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as an administrative assistant or in a comparable position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in a higher education environment is advantageous.
  • All candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background verification.
