Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized meat department, including cases, displays, and equipment.
  • Ensure that all meat products are fresh, in saleable condition, and properly priced.
  • Operate a power jack or hand jack to receive and unload deliveries, and assist with breaking down and storing merchandise.
  • Assist with baling cardboard and other related duties as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and take on new challenges is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
