**Responsibilities**
As an Installation Technician Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Supervising and training installation technicians to ensure that all installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Conducting pre- and post-quality checks to ensure proper functioning.
  • Mouting and balancing wheels and tires, aligning them as needed.
  • Installing lighting systems, such as LED light bars or auxiliary lighting, for improved visibility.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the installation of truck parts.
  • Connecting and wiring electronic components, such as backup cameras, GPS systems, and alarm systems.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues and performing repairs as necessary.

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification from a vocational school or apprenticeship preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if required to test-drive vehicles).
  • Proven experience as an automotive parts installer or similar role.
  • Paint and body experience preferred.

**Salary**
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
