About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Advocate. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to answer questions and make recommendations to guests.
- Scanning and Bagging: Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately, while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Order Pick Up and Drive Up: Assist guests with Order Pick Up and Drive Up services, ensuring a seamless and convenient experience.
- Return and Exchange: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner, while maintaining a positive attitude and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the job.
