We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to enhance our dynamic team at Workvine Ltd. This full-time position follows a Monday to Friday schedule, totaling 37.5 hours per week. The role supports a hybrid work model, with in-office days on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, while Tuesday and Thursday are designated for remote work.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Workvine, your primary focus will be on managing relationships with candidates and existing clients, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process.

• Evaluate candidate applications and perform initial screenings.
• Conduct interviews with candidates via phone and video conferencing platforms.
• Source potential candidates using various recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and CV databases.
• Create and enhance engaging job advertisements utilizing AI tools to increase visibility and attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure optimal candidate-job matching.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate job offer processes.
• Provide account management and customer service to our existing clientele.
