Position Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist residents with their daily activities as specified in their care plans. This includes providing essential personal care, meal services, housekeeping, laundry support, behavior management, social interaction, and facilitating recreational activities.

We are looking for compassionate Certified Nurse Assistants and Home Health Aides (Care Managers) to deliver daily nursing, living, and personal care services in accordance with established care protocols.

Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour and above. A $1,500 Sign-on Bonus is available.

Work Schedule:
  • Full-time, evening shifts from 3pm to 11pm, with alternating weekends
  • Part-time and per diem shifts may also be available, occasionally offering a $750 sign-on bonus. Interested candidates should indicate their availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding according to their care plans
  • Maintain the safety, comfort, privacy, and dignity of all residents
  • Accompany residents to meals and social events
  • Ensure that all assigned residents are well-groomed, clean, safe, and properly nourished during shifts
  • Accurately document all services provided to residents during shifts
  • Promptly report any changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor

Qualifications

  • Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) training
  • Experience and knowledge in caring for older adults, especially in dementia care, is preferred

Physical Requirements

  • This role requires standing, walking, sitting, and utilizing both fine and gross motor skills, as well as reaching, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, speaking, listening, and olfactory perception
  • Occasional lifting or carrying of loads up to 50 lbs is necessary. Physical tasks may include lifting and assisting residents, with proper body mechanics being essential.
