Agriland FS seeks an accomplished Sales Leader to spearhead seed sales growth in assigned territories.
Job OverviewAs a District Seed Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth, developing and training crop specialists on seed selling techniques, and implementing effective marketing strategies to expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase seed sales revenue
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects through regular interactions
- Cultivate and train crop specialists on seed product knowledge and sales skills
- Create and implement annual seed marketing plans, focusing on customer retention and expansion
- Collaborate with procurement manager and supply administration personnel to ensure accurate ordering and inventory management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in agriculture, with 5-7 years of sales experience
- In-depth knowledge of seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products
- Understanding of market analysis, pricing strategies, and supply forecasting
- Proven sales leadership, closing techniques, and team-oriented skills
- Excellent communication, time management, decision-making, and organizational abilities
- Able to lift up to 70 pounds and maintain a valid driver's license
