Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MBA Admissions Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies for our graduate business programs. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective students, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment plans to attract top-tier MBA candidates.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the graduate business education landscape.
• Manage all aspects of the admissions process, including application review, scholarship selection, and student communication.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to promote program offerings and enhance the student experience.
• Represent InsideHigherEd at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record of success in admissions, recruitment, or a similar role within the higher education sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant technologies.
