Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on process improvement and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis, DMAIC, 5S, SPC, Process Capabilities, Takt rate, OEE, and Kaizen events.
  • Proficiency in documenting and writing SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct statistical analysis and root cause analysis.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using software tools such as SolidWorks, MS Project, Minitab, AutoCAD, Smartsheet, Outlook, and Excel.
