About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 36 hours per week, with a shift schedule of 12 hours per day. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes. Your expertise will be valued as you contribute to shared decision-making activities and participate in ongoing education and professional development.

Job Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers
  • Delegate, assess, provide, and evaluate patient care
  • Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge
