About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Couples Therapist to join our clinical team in Columbus, Ohio. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare services to individuals and couples.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based therapy services to couples, utilizing your expertise in relationship dynamics and communication strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each couple.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work).
  • Licensed professional counselor (LPCC), licensed independent social worker (LISW), or certified marriage and family therapist (IMFT) in the state of Ohio.
  • Proven experience working with couples, with a focus on improving relationship dynamics and communication skills.
