The Senior Quality Control Technician at JobRialto has the critical responsibility of ensuring that our device products meet the highest quality standards.

This position involves performing assessment testing, evaluating test results, and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives. Some key responsibilities include conducting assessment testing according to quality documentation and schedules, evaluating test results to ensure compliance with specifications and standards, identifying potential issues affecting product quality and integrity, and communicating these problems to relevant stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess in-process and finished device products for quality compliance
  • Ensure accurate test results through instrument calibration and maintenance
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement Lean manufacturing opportunities
  • Communicate product quality issues to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Able to learn and apply Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis concepts
  • Lab experience preferred

Education: Bachelor's Degree required
